THE SECOND COMPLAINT

The second complaint was filed by a woman who came from a small town in a different state to get a role in Bollywood.

The woman was approached by the racket, two of whom, at that time, were working for Raj Kundra's company, HotShot. The duo had told the woman they will give her a break in Bollywood.

The woman in her statement to the police said, "All this happened in the year 2020. The producers said that I will have to work on four short movies or videos for which I will be paid Rs 1 lakh. The shoot will take place in Madh bungalow located in Mumbai's Malvani and another in Lonavala."

She added: "They told me that once I work with them, they will give me breaks under big-bannered houses. However, when the contract was given, it stated I would be paid just Rs 10,000. When I asked them why there's such a huge difference, they said it was done to save taxes and other issues."

The woman was made to believe that contract only has Rs 10,000 but the actual payment would be Rs 1 lakh.

WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE SHOOT

During the shoot in Madh, the woman was made to do adult content, which she refused initially. The accused then told the woman that if she does not act, her whole career would be finished and nobody in the industry would give her a break.

The accused further tried to convince the woman that bold scenes would not be shown on air and they would be edited out. The woman had told the accused to show her the final video before it was published.

However, two of the four were added to Raj Kundra-owned HotShots app without the final cut being shown to her. The woman was shocked because it had nudity and bold scenes. Nothing was hidden, as promised by the accused.

Worse, during the final payment, the woman had handed over just Rs 3,500. When the woman demanded more money, she was not entertained.

Very soon, the woman's statement will be recorded under Section 164 in front of magistrate. Sources said if Raj Kundra's name comes up in this case, he will be questioned again. For now, he has not been named in the FIR.
